Event Overview

• Cozy Experience: End your day the cozy way at this year's Pajamas All Day 5K and Fun Run benefiting the Move For Jenn Foundation.
• Festivities: In addition to the 5K and fun run, the event will include a DJ, sponsor and vendor expo with lots of fun giveaways, food vendors, endless activities for the kiddos, adoptable animals, raffles, and more!
• Registration: You do not have to register for the 5K in order to enjoy the festival.
• Special Offer: At Move For Jenn, we believe movement should be accessible to everyone. That's why amputees run FREE. Please email kelsey@moveforjenn.org to receive your special promo code.

Move For Jenn Foundation

• Mission: The mission of the Move For Jenn Foundation is to offer grants in the form of activewear prosthetics to those who have suffered the loss of a limb to sarcoma or other affiliated diseases.
• Support: These activewear prosthetics are not considered "medically necessary" by most insurance companies, so our foundation bridges the gap to allow amputees to get back to the physical activities they enjoyed prior to amputation.
• Impact: Since our inception in 2019, we have given the gift of movement to more than 65 children and adults.
• Research Funding: The foundation has donated more than $125,000 to targeted trials for stronger treatment options.

Statistics

• Sarcoma: Sarcoma is a rare cancer, so rare it is often called the "forgotten cancer."
• Definition: Sarcoma is the general term for a broad group of cancers that begin in the bones and soft tissues.
• Diagnosis: More than 17,000 people in the U.S. alone will be diagnosed with sarcoma this year.
• Mortality: In the U.S., more than 7,000 people die each year from sarcoma.
