Race Description
- Date: This October 24, 2026, 13.1 extreme Eco-Trail run on Santa Cruz Island.
- Start Location: Starts at sea level @ Santa Cruz Island's Prisoners Cove.
- Course Features: A wilderness run through the Nature Conservancy Wilderness, island highlands, peaks, valleys, and mountains.
- Unique Experience: The run is described as the most unique wilderness run in the Pacific.
Race Conditions
- Difficulty: This run is not suitable for trail walkers or first-time runners: it is a challenging extreme run.
- Course Changes: The course can change from the published description based on circumstances beyond control.
- Cutoff Time: There is a cutoff time at the second to last aid station to ensure safety.
- Refund Policy: There are no refunds: all entry fees support non-profit activities.
Event Logistics
- Packet Pickup: Race packets will be distributed on race day between 5 am and 5:45 am at Island Packers, 1691 Spinnaker Drive, Ventura.
- Departure Time: Depart at 6 am Sharp: allow plenty of time to park and check in.

Additional Notes
- After-Party: A complimentary after-party lunch will be provided on the island.
- Wildlife Viewing: Private Island Packers boat ride offers great views of whales and dolphins.
- Community Support: This is a full non-profit event helping the Sheriff's Volunteer Search and Rescue Unit.
- Weather Considerations: We will attempt to reschedule races or provide full support for any cancellations due to uncontrollable events.
