Race Overview

• Course Type: A challenging 13.1-mile extreme Eco-Trail run from sea level at Prisoners Cove.
• Scenic Route: Passes through beautiful wilderness areas, including valleys, peaks, and mountains.
• Unique Experience: Described as the most unique wilderness run in the Pacific.
• Wildlife Sightings: Enjoy spectacular views of whales and dolphins during the boat ride.

Participant Information

• Skill Level: Not suitable for trail walkers or first-time runners due to the challenging nature of the course.
• Cutoff Time: There is a cutoff time at the second to last aid station for safety considerations.
• After Party: Complimentary lunch available for all participants post-race.
• Non-Profit Event: Your entry fee supports our Sheriff's Volunteer Search and Rescue Unit.

• No Refunds: In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration fee will be used as a donation.
• Course Changes: The race course may change from the published description based on weather or other factors on race day.

Event Details

• Packet Pickup: Race packets will be available on race day from 5 am to 5:45 am at Island Packers.
• Arrival Time: Early birds should arrive at 5 am: late arrivals may miss the boat departure.
• Personal Items: Participants can bring a change of clothes in a marked day pack to be transported to the finish.
• Departure Time: The boat will leave the harbor at 6 am sharp: plan ahead for parking and registration.
