🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Patagonia is excited to announce the 29th Annual Salmon Run, to be held November 16, 2025.

This year marks the 29th Annual running of the salmon and we are going to make it better than ever. As a reminder, this race always sells out, so make sure you get your registration in.

🌱 Beneficiary Information

This year's race beneficiary will be South Coast Habitat Restoration, a local non-profit organization based in Carpinteria that is dedicated to environmental stewardship and habitat enhancement.

• Focus Area: Fish restoration for steelhead trout.
• Current Project: Fish passage project in the Ventura River watershed.
• Goals: Removing four migration barriers and installing two bridges.

♻️ Zero-Waste Initiative

Additionally, we want the Salmon Run to be a Zero-Waste-Event to mitigate sending anything to the waste stream that doesn’t have to. We will send out details on how to prepare for this closer to the day of the race, but plan to bring your own water bottle and coffee mug.

📅 Race Day Information

Packet pickup will begin at 7:30AM on Sunday, November 16.

THERE WILL NOT BE DAY-OF REGISTRATION FOR THE SALMON RUN. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE, WHICH CLOSES AT NOON ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10th OR WHEN THE RACE SELLS OUT.
