Event Overview
The 2026 King George Fall Festival Race/Run/Walk will be held for the 6th year on the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail. This event offers an untimed out-and-back race from the Bloomsbury Road trailhead of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail.

Race Features
For those with a competitive streak, a LED clock will be set up at the finish line. Aid stations with hydration and first aid will be located at the start/finish and at Lambs Creek for the 5K race. This is a fun family event for all ages! Jogging strollers are allowed and no charge for children being pushed!

Awards and Raffle
All race finishers will be awarded a draw string pack back with goodies and a finisher's medal. The race will also offer a selection of beverages to rehydrate and relax after the race! We'll have coolers of water, Gatorade, apple cider, and other delicious drinks available.

- Raffle: Runners going to the Fall Festival will be placed in a raffle for food truck coupons

- 5K: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male and Female finishers
- 1 Mile: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male and Female finishers
- Raffle: 3 - $10 coupons will be raffled off before the start of the race!
