In honor of Global Running Day, DC Road Runners will once again hold our annual mile time trials. This is a FREE community mile event . Everyone is welcome - all ages and paces.
The event will consist of several dedicated mile heats, and we will be offering pace guidance for paces ranging from 10:00+ to a sub-5:00 pace. If you are a DC Road Runners member, please consider volunteering to serve as a pacer. (Pacers can also run in their selected heats.)
The formal event starts at 7:00 pm, followed by a brief warm-up. The first heat will run at approximately 7:10 pm. Runners are encouraged to arrive early in order to find parking and to be able to add additional warm-up time as you would like.
