New Bern's 6th annual beer mile! Drink a 12oz beer, run one-quarter mile, drink a beer & run, drink a beer & run, drink a beer & run. 4 beers in one mile.

- Current Record (Males): 4 minutes, 28 seconds
- Current Record (Females): 5 minutes, 43 seconds
- Note: This will be an "unofficial" beer mile, so broken records will not be acknowledged by the world record gurus.
- Participant Limit: Registration will be limited to 100 participants: participants will receive the 2026 challenge coin bottle opener.
Relay Option
Does the thought of 4 beers and 4 laps sound intimidating? Find a partner and race as a 2-person relay team.
Registration & Fees
- Individual Entry: $25 per person.
- Relay Team Entry: $25 per person: you can create a group/team during registration.
- Team Size: Teams are limited to 2 people.
- Team Creativity: Let's see who can be creative with their team name.
