Come Run with the Rams &: Capital Run Club in our Open 5K (that’s 3.1 miles of movement and good vibes)! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, casual jogger, power walker, or just showing up for the social part — this event is 100% for you. No pressure, no judgment, all pace levels welcome. Just pull up in your comfiest shoes and bring your best energy.

Location Details

We’re hosting this event at Pole Green Park, a super scenic and well-maintained course that’s perfect for running and spectating (yes, your friends can totally come hype you up with signs and snacks). It’s a chill but exciting way to get outside, get active, and do something that actually matters.

Participation

• Solo or Group: Come solo or squad up.
• Activity: Run your heart out or walk with your playlist on.
• Support: You’re helping student-athletes rep VCU on a national stage, and that’s huge.
