2026 Brentwood Turkey Trot for Schools

Welcome to the 13th Annual Brentwood Turkey Trot for Schools

This 5K event benefits both the Brentwood Union School District and Liberty Union High School District athletic programs. We are proud to host this community event to promote health, athletics, and education.

In Person & Virtual Race Options

• Choice: Participants can choose between an in-person or virtual run.
• In-Person Details: The race will be at the Streets of Brentwood on Thanksgiving morning at 8:00 AM.
• Virtual Run: You can run whenever and wherever you want starting on Wednesday, November 25 through Sunday, December 6.
• Swag: All participants will receive a 2026 race t-shirt and finisher medal.

Race Fees

• Children: Ages 3 and under are welcome to participate, no registration necessary.
• Registration Period: August 8 - October 31, 2026
• Ages 4-9: $20
• Ages 10-18: $25
• Ages 19 and up: $40
• Registration Period: November 1 - November 25, 2026
• Ages 4-9: $20
• Ages 10-18: $30
• Ages 19 and up: $45
• Race Day Registration: November 26, 2026 (Only available if we have not sold out)
• Ages 4-9: $30
• Ages 10-18: $35
• Ages 19 and up: $55

If you register on or after November 1st, you WILL NOT be asked for a t-shirt size. You will be able to select a t-shirt from a variety of sizes at packet pickup or on race day. *Processing fees will be added to your race fee.

Course Information

• Dog Policy: For the safety of our trotters, DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE COURSE.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers are allowed if pushed by an adult.
• Prohibitions: Bikes, scooters, and skateboards are also NOT ALLOWED on the course.

Packet Pickup

Participants can check-in and pick up their race bibs and t-shirt at packet pick up, scheduled for Wednesday, November 25 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM at Pioneer Elementary School located on Shady Willow Lane in Brentwood. Please note: virtual racers will need to pick up their shirt, bib, and medal at packet pickup or race day by 7:50 AM. We are not able to ship out race swag. In-person racers with guaranteed shirts sizes will need to pick up their shirts by 7:50 AM on race day or shirts will be released for shirt exchange.
