Diablo Valley Federal Credit Union (DVFCU) is pleased to welcome you to our information page about the Concord Turkey Trot, a 5K run/walk benefiting Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa.

Event Details

• Date: November 26, 2026
• Time: 8 AM
• Location: Newhall Park, Concord, CA
• Registration Cap: 2,000 participants

Race Participation

• Registration: Everyone participating in the 5K run/walk course must have a paid registration, with the exception of children 2 years old and under, who will be in a stroller for the duration of the event.
• Course Details: The course includes varied terrain, including grass fields, park pathways, and city streets.
• Strollers and Pets: Those participating with strollers or pets will be asked to enter at the back of the start area to not impede those wishing to race for time.
• Participant Perks: All 5K Run/Walk Participants will receive a tech t-shirt and a medal!

Important Notes

• Weather Policy: The race will take place rain or shine.
• No Refunds: Once your registration has been paid, there are no refunds. This includes inclement weather or any other reason, such as injuries, illness, or personal emergencies.
