AMSC West River Rd Time Trial - August

Event Overview

Please join Adirondack Multi-Sport Club as we carry on the tradition of the West River Road Time Trials.

• Course Length: Traditional course is a 10ish mile out and back.
• Divisions: TT/Tri and Road bike divisions.
• New Option: A 20 Kilometer option for those looking for a little more.
• Date and Location: August 11, 2026, at 1774 West River Rd, Fort Edward, NY.

Registration

• Online Registration: Available through BikeReg, closing at 5:00pm on race day.
• Race Night: Registration will be available between 6:00 – 6:15 pm in the parking lot.
• Seeding: Self-seeding with 20K riders going first, then 10 mile riders.
• Callouts: Listen carefully for “catch me if you can” callouts.

Parking

• Location: Park at gravel lot on Mill Site Rd.

Bib Pickup

• Pickup Time: Available between 6:00pm - 6:20pm near the timing trailer at the start.
• Bib Placement: For West River Rd, bibs will be worn on your right side.

Road Bike Category Restrictions

• Equipment Rules: Only equipment permissible for use in a mass start road race under USAC 1I1(g) may be used.
• Permitted Equipment: Disc wheels and TT helmets are allowed.
• Prohibited: "Clip on" bar extensions are not allowed.
• Final Decision: The timer shall be the final arbiter in any disputes regarding acceptable equipment and clothing.
