Race Date

• Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
• Location: 64 Surf Club Road, Madison, CT
• Time: 7:00 am
• Rain Policy: No rain date: course modifications may occur in inclement weather.

Race Options

• Sprint Tri: Swim .5 miles/Bike 13 miles/Run 3 miles (individual or group)
• Youth "Try": Swim 500 yards/Bike 13 miles/Run 3 miles with adult companion
• NEW!!! Aquabike: Swim .5 miles/Bike 13 miles (no run)
• USAT Certification: New this year, the event is USAT certified!

Race Course

• Swim: Half mile swim in Long Island Sound (wetsuits allowed)
• Bike: 13 mile bike through scenic back roads of Madison
• Run: 3 mile run along the beautiful Madison shore

Entry Fees

• Individuals: $100 ($125.00 after August 1, 2026)
• Parathlete Divisions: $100 ($125.00 after August 1, 2026)
• Relay Teams (2-3 racers): $150 per team ($200.00 after August 1, 2026)
• Aquabike: $100 ($125.00 after August 1, 2026)

Prizes and Age Groups

• Overall Finishers: Top prizes awarded to first, second, and third male and female overall.
• Individual Prizes: Non-cash prizes awarded to top 3 finishers in each age group.
• Relay Competition: Non-cash prizes for top teams in all divisions.
• Kids "Try" Competition: Non-cash prizes for top three youth competitors.

Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Friday, September 11
• Location: Lenny and Joe's in Madison from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
• Race Day Pick-Up: Available starting at 5:30 am at the Surf Club

Directions

I-95 to Exit 61 (Rte. 79). Turn south onto Rte. 79. Proceed to 3rd traffic light at intersection of Rte. 1. Turn right onto Rte. 1 and proceed for approximately ½ mile. Turn left onto West Wharf Road (Madison Country Club is on the corner). Proceed to next stop sign and turn right onto Surf Club Road.

Waiver

In consideration of accepting this entry, I/we the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby waive and release all claims for damages I may have against the Madison Jaycees, Town of Madison, race organizers, volunteers, and any other sponsors arising from my participation in this event. I attest and certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in competing in this event and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained.
