The Lake Quivira Triathlon offers a flat, fast course that travels through the scenic terrain of the most relaxing and beautiful lake community in the Kansas City area.

Course Details
- Swim: The course begins with a 500 meter swim in Lake Quivira.
- Bike: Followed by 2 loops along the scenic roads around the lake (approximately 9 miles total).
- Run: Finishes with a 5K run.
- Included Perks: All participants will get a race shirt, swim cap, and an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast.
