• Description: Join us for a high-energy, glowing evening of fitness and fun at the 2nd Grissom Choir Glow Run 5K.

Race Day Schedule

• 5:45 PM: On-site Packet Pick-up & Registration opens (Grissom High School)
• 6:45 PM: Packet Pick-up Closes
• 7:00 PM: 5K Race Start!
• Post-Race: Food Trucks, Music, and Awards Ceremony

Course & Logistics

• The Route: A scenic, fast, and pretty flat out-and-back course through Hays Farm Park Greenway.
• Timing: The race is professionally chip-timed with your official time starting when you cross the starting mat.
• Strollers & Dogs: Allowed and encouraged, just ensure dogs are on a leash and start at the back of the pack.
• Atmosphere: A wonderful opportunity for families to participate together.

Registration & Swag

• Registration Fee: $35 per participant
• Your Swag Bag Includes: An official Finisher Medal and Glow Sticks & Glow Gear!
• Late Registration Note: Register early: late registrants receive medals on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration Benefit: All proceeds support the talented students of the Grissom High Choirs.

Packet Pick Up Information

• Day Before the Race: Friday, September 18, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Huntsville, 2722 Carl T Jones Dr SE B2, Huntsville, AL 35802.
• Race Day: Saturday, September 19, 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM at Grissom High School – outside the Auditorium.

Post-Race Celebration & Awards

• The Vibe: Glowing after-party following the race.
• Food Trucks: Local food trucks will provide delicious post-race fuel.
• Awards: Special prizes for overall top finishers - categories announced soon.

Weather & Policies

• Rain or Shine: Event will proceed regardless of weather: safety is a priority.
• Refund Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable, supporting the Grissom High School Choirs.
