Event Overview

• Event Type: Pre-registration only event.
• Registration Deadline: Closes at 11:59 PM eastern time on Wednesday, August 26th.
• No Day-of Registration: Emails to pre-register will not be accepted.
• Category Eligibility: Only category P/1/2 events for both men’s and women’s will count towards nationals.

Headquarters and Parking

• Location: Race headquarters is located at Start/Finish above the Soccer/Lacrosse Field.
• Parking: ALL parking and Pit Zone will be in the parking below the soccer/Lacrosse field.
• Number Plate Pickup: Starts at 7:00 AM each day.

Schedule

• Friday: Pre-ride will open at 2:00 PM. Please do not arrive and stage trailers in pit area until 2 PM Friday.
• Trailers: Can be left in the pit area overnight, but Truett McConnell University is not responsible for team trailers or their contents.
• Saturday: XC Race and Dual Slalom. XC practice will be open on Friday afternoon by 2 PM and early Saturday morning.
• Sunday: STXC and DH. Practice will be open after completion of the XC races on Saturday.

Downhill Event

Chip Pickup: Please pick your chip up from Race HQ between 9:00-11:30 AM on August 31st.

Schedule:

• Track walk ONLY before 9 AM.
• 10 AM - 1:00 PM Practice.
• 1:30 PM Race (one run only).
