Event Overview

• Location: 2754 Paradise Valley Road, Cleveland, GA
• Date: September 12th, 2026
• Experience: A family-friendly run/walk through the Safari Park and surrounding woods.
• Animals: Run or walk by various animals, including penguins, honey badgers, camels, zebras, capybaras, and Scottish Highland cows!

Fundraising Support

• Purpose: Support the efforts of Creation Encounters.
• Learn More: Discover more about their work here.
• Virtual Option: A Virtual Option is available for those who cannot join us in person.
• Early Bird Registration: Prices will increase by $5 one month prior to the event, so secure your spot early!

Course Details

• Terrain: An all-terrain course with gravel, asphalt, mulch, uneven terrain, trail creeks, and woods.
• Water Crossings: 2 small water crossings with pavers/boards provided for your convenience.
• Children: Kids under 4 are free with a participating adult.
• Alternative Loop: Prefer to skip the woods? You can add another loop around the Safari Park instead.

Event Schedule

• Check-In: Starts at 7:30 a.m.
• Race Start: The first wave starts at 8:00 a.m.
• 5k Race: 8:30 a.m. NOGAWILD Safari Run/Walk 5k.
• Kids/Family Fun Run: 9:00 a.m., 1 mile around the Safari Park.

Awards and Raffle

• Raffle: Immediately following the Safari Run, with one free ticket for participants.
• Awards: Given to the first 3 female and first 3 male finishers.
• Additional Tickets: Can be purchased for the raffle: must be present to win.
• Entry Includes: Admission to the Safari Drive-Thru after the event.

Please note: This is a fundraiser race and is not currently a timed event. We encourage you to keep track of your own time with your watch.
