Event Overview

Join us for the inaugural Trick or Trot: A Remembrance Run/Walk for Babies Gone Too Soon benefiting Glory Baby Ministry.

Held during Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Month, this special event brings families, friends, and the community together to honor and remember babies who were gone too soon while also creating space for hope, healing, and fellowship.

Participants are invited to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costume (optional) and enjoy an afternoon filled with remembrance, community, and purpose.

This event is open to all ages and fitness levels.

Because every baby matters. Every story matters. Every life deserves to be remembered.

Tentative Timeline

• 1:00–2:00 PM: Volunteer & vendor setup
• 2:00 PM: Registration opens & Packet pickup: Vendors open until 5:45
• 3:00 PM: Welcome & Opening prayer: National Anthem - Shayna McLean: Brief remarks about Glory Baby Ministry
• 3:20 PM: Kids Monster Dash (non-competitive: Halloween costumes encouraged)

Event Activities

• 3:30 PM: Memorial Mile walk begins (non-competitive: Halloween costumes encouraged)
• 4:00 PM: 5K participants line up (Halloween costumes encouraged) Announcements and race instructions
• 4:07 PM: 🏃 5K Run Begins (Halloween costumes encouraged)
• 5:00 PM: 🏅 Awards Ceremony (or as soon as the final runner finishes)

Wrap-Up

• 5:30–6:00 PM: Visit vendors, Fellowship, Photos, Door prize drawings
• 5:45 PM: Cleanup begins
• 6:30 PM: Venue completely cleared
