Race Description

• Holiday Spirit: What better way to start the Holidays than with a chance to run through the Holiday Light Display!
• Course: Our 5K race will start the 2026 Annual Holiday Season's Christmas Light Display to the Public at Cherokee County Veteran's Park.
• Illumination: It begins at sundown, and you see the lights illuminate as you progress through the course, running through the massive tunnel of lights every lap.
• Finish Line: End at the Buzz Center with SANTA.

Important Information

• Head Lamp: A head lamp or light is suggested.
• Timing: 5K in-person event will be chip timed!
• Race Shirt: Awesome race shirt guaranteed in your size with registration until 11/8/26: afterwards, while supplies last.
• Medals: Participant medal for all finishers.

Team Discounts

• Team Creation: Create a 5K timed team of 5 or more (all in the same transaction).
• Discount: Receive a $5 discount per person starting August 22, 2026.
• Special Guest: AND A VISIT FROM SANTA !!!!!

• Proceeds: Each year, proceeds from the race event are donated to a designated local charity.

Race Day Schedule

• 4:00 PM: Race day packet pick-up and in-person registration
• 6:00 PM: 5K Start for wheelchair drivers and track commanders
• 6:05 PM: 5K Start for Individuals
• 7:00 PM: Awards
