Tavern at Towne Lake Turkey Trot 5k

Join us Thanksgiving morning for the 1st Annual Tavern at Towne Lake Turkey Trot 5K, a fun, family-friendly race bringing our community together for a great cause. Before the turkey hits the table, lace up your shoes and hit the streets for a Thanksgiving morning 5K right here on Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock, Georgia.

Whether you're chasing a personal best, walking with friends and family, pushing a stroller, or simply looking for a fun way to kick off the holiday, the Turkey Trot is for you. Our goal is to create an annual Woodstock tradition where families, neighbors, businesses, and runners of all ages can come together, get moving, and celebrate everything that makes our community special.

Even better, every step helps make an impact.

The Tavern at Towne Lake Turkey Trot 5K is a fundraising event benefiting Cherokee County Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). FCA is making an incredible difference in the lives of local students, athletes, and coaches throughout Cherokee County by building relationships, developing leaders, sharing the Gospel, and helping young people grow in their faith both on and off the field.

When you register, sponsor, volunteer, or simply show up to cheer, you're helping FCA continue reaching students and coaches in schools throughout our own community.

So grab your family, gather your friends, break out the turkey hats, and come burn a few calories before Thanksgiving dinner!
