Join us on Friday, September 18 at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo for Race to the Cake 5K presented by CrossCountry Mortgage! This is a one‑of‑a‑kind run through the Zoo that blends fun, competition, and the magic of saying “I do” in the wildest venue around. Whether you’re a bride, groom, or simply a fan of elegant attire, this new race invites participants to run through the Zoo dressed in their wedding best. The race finishes with music, photo ops, and a treat‑tasting celebration.

Race Day Schedule

• Registration/Packet Pick-up: 6:00 p.m.
• 5k Start Time: 7:00 p.m.
• 1-mile walk Start Time: 7:00 p.m.
• Zoo Closes to Runners & Spectators: 10:00 p.m.

Spectator Information

• Entry Requirement: Spectators needing to cheer on runners/walkers must purchase tickets to enter the zoo.
• Membership: Zoo membership does not provide free entry.
• Ticket Prices: To be determined.
• Purchase Tickets: Online only at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Website.

Important Note

Admissions will scan the online ticket once purchased. The box office will not be open.
