🏃♂️ Registration
- Online: Online registration is $35.00 plus online fee. See links below. Registrations after the June 2nd will be $40.00. Online registration closes June 12th.
- Friday Night & Race Day: $40.00. Registration and packet pickup will be held on Friday, June 12th from 6:00pm till 8:00pm AND on race day from 6:30am to 7:30am under the big tent at the corner of Wabena Ave. and Mondamin St. Please pay by cash or checks payable to Minooka Lions Club.
📅 Race Day
- Date: Saturday, June 13th, 2026
- Registration: 6:45am to 7:45am
- Start Time: 5k Run begins at 8:00am
🏞️ Course
- Type: Out and back, 5k (3.1 miles).
- Split Times: At 1 and 2 miles.
- Water: Available at the finish, and on the course.
- Conditions: Race will be held on closed village streets, paved and rolling hills.
👥 Age Categories
- 11-14
- 15-19
- 20-24
- 25-29
- 30-34
- 35-39
- 40-44
- 45-49
- 50-54
- 55-59
- 60-64
- 65-69
- 70-74
- 75-79
- 80 and above.
- Categories: First Overall Male and Female, and top 2 in each age category.
- Ceremony: Will be held after the kid’s races in the registration tent.
- Raffle Prizes: Drawn based on bib numbers. We’re giving away over $200 worth of gift certificates, so please stick around.
⏱️ Chip Timing
- Timing: Professional race chip timing by J3 Timing.
- Results: Will be posted on www.j3timing.com by Sunday, June 14th and on the Minooka Lions Club website.
🗺️ Directions from I-80
- Exit: Exit at Ridge Road (Exit 122),
- Route: Go south to McEvilly Road, turn left. Left onto Wabena Avenue.
- Arrival: Proceed north to registration tent, just past the train tracks.
