🔥 MLVFD Fired Up for the 4th 5K Run

The inaugural Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department "Fired Up for the 4th 5K Run” will be held on June 29th! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this 5K is the perfect way to kick off the 4th of July festivities. Runners, runners with strollers, walker, and kids are all welcome. We've got a day packed with excitement. Discounted entry fees for fire, police, and EMS entrants. Awards will be given to the fastest male and female firefighters, police, EMS, and runners overall as well as to age group winners.

• Starting Point: In front of Mountain Lakes Borough Hall Entrance on Pocono Road
• Parking: Available at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 10 North Pocono Road
