Event Overview
This is a marathon relay that includes 26 laps of a 1 mile loop in Rock Hill, SC at Lakeshore Parkway.
Team Structure
- Team Size: A full team is 5 runners, but you can make the race more challenging by splitting the laps up with fewer teammates.
- Leg Distribution: Teams can divide the legs up and run the legs in any order but must change runners after each lap.
- Rest Strategy: Ideally, a team would run in order to get as much rest and to refuel before running again.
- No Order Rule: However, there is no rule in place for team running order.
Important Information
- Solo Participation: IMPORTANT: Anyone planning to do this event solo, there are cutoffs times of five hours.
- Rucking Participation: Ruckers are welcome to team up and join but please plan to complete within the allotted time in connection with the course cutoff time.
- Team Rucking: Ruckers are encouraged to ruck together as a team counting each lap as they go.
