About this race
Event Overview
StrongHER Louisiana is a community fun run/walk hosted by the Louisiana Department of Health's Office on Women's Health and Community Health, taking place Wednesday, September 30, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Proof Works in Baton Rouge (former home of Tin Roof Brewery). The event marks National Women's Health & Fitness Day and kicks off what organizers hope will become an annual tradition.
Course Details
- Type: Untimed, out-and-back course
- Distance: Choose your own distance, from 1 to 3 miles
- All Ages: All ages and fitness levels welcome
- Pace: Come move at your own pace
