Join us on Saturday, August 29th, 2026, to support individuals living with Sickle Cell disease. This annual event is about community and making a difference.

• Date & Time: Saturday, August 29, 2026 @ 8 AM
• Registration: Opens at 6:30 AM
• Walkers: Not timed
• Location: Galvez Plaza, Baton Rouge, LA

Registration Fees

• Runners & Walkers - 1 Mile:
  • Ages 1-14: $25 (Now thru June 28th)
  • Ages 1-14: $30 (June 29th - Aug. 3rd)
  • Ages 1-14: $35 (Aug. 4th - Aug. 29th)
  • Ages 15+: $30 (Now thru June 28th)
• Runners & Walkers - 5K:
  • Ages 1-14: $30 (Now thru June 28th)
  • Ages 1-14: $35 (June 29th - Aug. 3rd)
  • Ages 1-14: $40 (Aug. 4th - Aug. 29th)
  • Ages 15+: $35 (Now thru June 28th)
• Virtual Race: $35 (Now till Aug. 29th)

Race Routes

• 5K Route: 4th St. North to Spanish Town, East to 5th St., North to Capitol Access, East to Capitol Lake, West to 3rd St., North to River Road, U-turn South to Spanish Town, East to 4th St., South to North Blvd.
• 1 Mile Route: North on 4th St. to Spanish Town, U-turn South on 4th St. to North Blvd.

Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, August 28, 2026
• Location: More details to come.
• Race Day: Packages available at 6:30 AM: registration will also be available.
• Payment: Please bring cash or checks made out to the Sickle Cell Association of South Louisiana.

Ryan's 5K Runners: Age groups include 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
