Welcome to the Seize the Day Warrior Walk in Baton Rouge!
Who We Are
- Organization: We are Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana (EAL), the oldest epilepsy organization in the state.
- Mission: Dedicated to supporting people living with epilepsy through direct services, education, and advocacy.

- Occasion: This is our 23rd Annual Seize the Day event, our biggest fundraising event.
- Featured Activities: Includes a 1-mile walk called the "Warrior Walk" and a traditional 5K race.
- Format Change: The Warrior Walk will now be a walk-only event and will not be timed.
