Chase Santa through the streets of Zachary and win a special prize if you catch him!

☕ Post-Race Treats

• Hot cocoa: Served after the race!
• Cookies: Enjoy some delicious cookies!
• T-shirts: All runners who register by Dec. 1 will receive a t-shirt.
• Toys: Kids 1/2 mile finishers will receive a toy from Santa’s bag.

🏅 Race Details

• 5K: This is a chip timed event. Finishers will receive a Christmas ornament medal.
• Combined Events: 5K runners may run the 1/2 Mile run for no extra fee.
• Strollers: Strollers are welcome.
• Location: The race starts and ends at Zachary High School, in front of the main building.

🕒 Schedule of Events

• Warm-up: Join the fun at 8:15am.
• National Anthem: Celebrate at 8:25am.
• 1/2 Mile Start: The kids run starts at 8:30am.
• 5K Start: The main event starts at 9:00am.

🎉 Fundraising Purpose

This family friendly 5K and 1/2 Mile Kids Run will raise funds for the Zachary Charity League. All race proceeds go towards scholarships, teacher grants and Snack Packs for Kids, which provides healthy snacks over the weekend for children who come from food insecure homes. The race route passes by five of our seven schools, which is the heart of our league. Learn more about us at zacharycharityleague.org.

💲 Registration Period and Pricing

• 5K: $30 early bird until November 10.
• Pricing: November 10 - December 12: $35, Race day: $45.
• 1/2 Mile Kids Run: $15 until November 10.
• Pricing: November 10 - December 12: $20, Race day: $25.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Thursday, Dec 11 from 5-7 pm at 4422 Main Street, Zachary LA.
• Date: Friday, Dec 12 from 5-7 pm at 4422 Main Street, Zachary LA.
• Race Day: Registration (online only) and packet pickup from 7:30-8:15am.
