Event Overview

• New Route: The YMCA Corporate Cup, formerly known as the Providence Corporate Cup, features a new route this year.
• Advocacy: The event promotes wellness in the workplace and camaraderie among colleagues.
• Event Location: It will be held near Downtown Baton Rouge across from the Cane’s River Center on S. River Road.
• Divisions: The event includes four Corporate race divisions, a Fun Team division, and an Individual division.

Awards and Celebrations

• Awards: Winners from each division will receive awards, including a Corporate Wellness Award and an Oldie but Goodie Award for the oldest male and female runners.
• Post-Race Party: The race headquarters and post-race party will be located on the Riverfront Plaza across from the River Center.
• Focus: The event encourages fitness, nutrition education, and building camaraderie with teams and friends.
• Timing: The race will feature chip timing for accurate scoring.

Chip Timing and Bib Information

• Required Bibs: Race bibs with timing chips are required for scoring.
• Team Scoring: If any member of a team does not have a bib, they will not be scored.
• Packet Pickup: Bibs will be assigned to all registered runners and can be picked up on the Friday before the race.
• Registration: All registered participants will find their bibs in the race packets.

Participation and Tents

• Community Event: Participation is open to more than just competitors: many companies have on-site tent locations.
• Company Participation: Employees, business associates, family, and friends can join the community-driven event.
• Tent Rentals: Companies interested in renting tent space can find more information here.
• T-Shirts: YMCA Corporate Cup T-shirts are included with registration. Note: Registrations made after 3.14.2026 will not include a t-shirt option.
