🌟 Event Overview

The YMCA Corporate Cup, which is the former Providence Corporate Cup, is a 5K run/walk with a new route this year. It will be held near Downtown Baton Rouge across from the Cane’s River Center on S. River Road. It advocates wellness in the workplace and camaraderie among colleagues.

🎉 Race Details

• Course: 3.1 mile course with a new route.
• Divisions: Four Corporate race divisions, a Fun Team division, and an Individual division.
• Awards: Winners in each division including the Corporate Wellness Award.
• Goals: Promote fitness, nutrition, and team camaraderie.

⏱️ Chip Timing

Race bibs with timing chips will be REQUIRED for scoring. In other words, if all members of a team do not have bibs, then the member without a bib will not be scored for the team. Bibs will be assigned to all registered runners. Bibs are found in the race packets, which can be picked up on the Friday before race day.

👥 Community Participation

Participation is not limited to competitors only: many companies have on-site tent locations for their employees, business associates, family, and friends to be a part of the community-driven event.

YMCA Corporate Cup T-shirts are included with registration. Registrations made after 3.15.2025 will not have a t-shirt option.
