🎉 About the Event

• Annual Tradition: Participate in the 13th Annual Running of the Elves. Dressing in your best holiday attire is encouraged.
• Scenic Route: Start your holiday season off with a picturesque run around our quaint city of Central.

👕 Participant Perks

• Registration Deadline: Participants registered by November 8th are guaranteed to receive an elf hat, a finisher's medal, and a t-shirt.
• Package Pickup: Will be at Central Community Athletics Gym on Friday, November 21st from 10 am - 5 pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Race day packet pickup will begin at 6:45 am at the race site (Wildcat Stadium).
• Fun Run: The Fun Run will begin at 7:45 am with the 5k to follow immediately after.

🍽️ Post-Race Festivities

• Complimentary Breakfast: FREE pancakes and coffee for EVERYONE.
• Meet Santa: Pictures with Santa Claus.
• Exciting Giveaways: Various giveaways will be available.
• Family Fun: Kid activities and a fire truck with Sparky the Dog will be present.

🏅 Awards

• Finisher's Medal: All participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Top Runner Awards: From Rogers Regional Eye Center.
• Costume Contest: Awards will be given for the best costumes.

🕒 Timing and Registration Fees

• Chip Timing: This event will be professionally chip timed by Pelican Timing.
• Fees (Before Nov 1st): Registration through October 1st, 2025 - $30.
• Fees (After Oct 1st): Registration from October 2nd through November 20th, 2025 - $35.
• Day of Race Fees: Nov. 22nd, 2025 - $40.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS AT 11:59pm ON NOVEMBER 20th, 2025.

T-shirts will be provided for registrations by November 7th, 2025.

This year we will also be selling our unique Race t-shirt separately. These additional t-shirt sales will end on 11/16/2025.
