🎄 Race Overview

• Event: Participate in the 14th Annual Running of the Elves. Dressing in your best holiday attire is encouraged.
• Scenery: Start your holiday season off with a picturesque run around our quaint city of Central.
• Registration Deadline: Participants registered by November 12th are guaranteed to receive a finishers medal and a t-shirt.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Date: Package Pickup will be at Central Community Athletics Gym on Friday, November 20th from 10 am - 5 pm.
• Race Day: Race day packet pickup will begin at 6:45 am at the race site (Wildcat Stadium).
• Start Times: The Fun Run will begin at 7:45 am with the 5K to follow immediately after.

🥞 Post-Race Festivities

• Pancakes & Coffee: FREE pancakes and coffee for EVERYONE.
• Pictures: Pictures with Santa Claus.
• Giveaways: Fun giveaways will be available.
• Activities: Kid activities, including fire truck and Sparky the Dog.

🏅 Awards & Timing

• Finisher's Medal: All participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Top Runner Awards: Top Runner Awards from Rogers Regional Eye Center will be given.
• Costume Contest: Costume Contest will be awarded too!
• Timing: This event will be professionally chip timed by Pelican Timing.

💲 Registration Fees

• Early Registration: $30 through September 30th, 2026.
• Standard Registration: $35 from October 2nd through November 19th, 2026.
• Day of Registration: $40 on November 21st, 2026.
• Ending Date: ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS AT 11:59pm ON NOVEMBER 19th, 2026.

• Guaranteed T-shirt: T-shirts will be provided for registrations by November 12th, 2026.
• Additional Sales: Unique Race t-shirt sales will end on 11/15/2026.
• Purchase Option: If you're not a runner or want one for a friend or family member you can purchase it here.

• 1-14: Age group.
• 15-19: Age group.
• 20-29: Age group.
• 30-39: Age group.
• 40-49: Age group.
• 50-59: Age group.
• 60-69: Age group.
• 70+: Age group.

🏆 Awards

• Top Overall Male: Award for top male runner.
• Top Overall Female: Award for top female runner.
• Age Group Awards: 1st and 2nd Male and Female in each age group.
• Fun Run Awards: 1 Mile Fun Run awarded to Overall Top Male and Female.
