Event Overview

• Annual Event: Participate in the 13th Annual Running of the Elves.
• Dress Code: Dressing in your best holiday attire is encouraged.
• Scenic Route: Start your holiday season off with a picturesque run around our quaint city of Central.

Registration Details

• Guarantee: Participants registered by November 12th are guaranteed to receive a finishers medal, and a t-shirt.
• Pickup Information: Package Pickup will be at Central Community Athletics Gym on Friday, November 21st from 10 am - 5 pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Race day packet pickup will begin at 6:45 am at the race site (Wildcat Stadium).
• Start Times: The Fun Run will begin at 7:45 am with the 5k to follow immediately after.

Post-Race Festivities

• Food: FREE pancakes and coffee for EVERYONE.
• Photos: Pictures with Santa Claus.
• Giveaways: Various giveaways available.
• Activities: Kid activities and interaction with a fire truck and Sparky the Dog.

Race Awards and Timing

• Finisher's Medal: All participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Top Awards: Top Runner Awards from Rogers Regional Eye Center.
• Costume Contest: Costume Contest will be awarded too!
• Timing: This event will be professionally chip timed by Pelican Timing.

Registration Fees

• Early Registration: $30 through October 1st, 2025.
• Standard Registration: $35 from October 2nd through November 20th, 2025.
• Day of Race: $40 on November 22nd, 2025.

Important Registration Notes

• Deadline: ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS AT 11:59pm ON NOVEMBER 20th, 2025.
• T-Shirts: T-shirts will be provided for registrations by November 12th, 2025.
• Additional T-Shirts: Unique Race t-shirts will also be sold separately until 11/16/2025.

• Overall Awards: Fun Run awarded to Overall Top Male and Female.
