Race Overview

• Event: Participate in the 13th Annual Running of the Elves.
• Attendance: Dressing in your best holiday attire is encouraged.
• Experience: Start your holiday season off with a picturesque run around the quaint city of Central.
• Medals: Participants registered by November 13th are guaranteed to receive a finishers medal and a t-shirt.

Package Pickup

• Location: Package Pickup will be at Central Community Athletics Gym.
• Date: Friday, November 21st from 10 am - 5 pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Begins at 6:45 am at Wildcat Stadium.
• Race Start: The Fun Run will begin at 7:45 am with the 5K to follow immediately after.

Post-Race Activities

• Food: FREE pancakes and coffee for EVERYONE.
• Photos: Pictures with Santa Claus.
• Giveaways: Various giveaways available.
• Activities: Fire truck and Sparky the Dog, kid activities.

Awards and Timing

• Finisher's Medal: All participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Top Awards: Top Runner Awards from Rogers Regional Eye Center.
• Costume Contest: Costume Contest awards will be given.
• Timing: This event will be professionally chip timed by Pelican Timing.

Registration Fees

• Early Registration: Through October 1st, 2025 - $30.
• Standard Registration: October 2nd through November 20th, 2025 - $35.
• Day of Registration: November 22nd, 2025 - $40.

Important Dates

• Online Registration Ends: 11:59pm on November 20th, 2025.
• T-shirts: Provided for registrations by November 13th, 2025.
• Additional T-shirt Sales: Unique race t-shirt sales end on 11/16/2025.
• Purchase Availability: Non-runners can purchase t-shirts here.

Awards

• Top Overall: Male and Female.
• Age Group Awards: 1st and 2nd Male and Female in each age group.
• Fun Run Awards: Top Male and Female overall.
