TJHS Color Fun Run/Walk for Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness and Holiday Gift Fund

Event Overview

• Event Name: Thomas Jefferson High School Color Fun Run/Walk
• Date: November 7, 2026
• Location: 830 Old Clairton Road, Clairton, PA
• Purpose: Raise money for Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness and support various school needs such as the Thanksgiving Food Drive and Holiday Gift Fund.

Course Details

• Type: Untimed fun run/walk
• Route: Participants will run and/or walk on the grounds of Thomas Jefferson High School.
• Color Stations: There will be SIX color stations utilizing a cornstarch-based substance.
• Color Blast: All participants will take part in a Color Blast before the race begins. Please consider any allergies prior to registering.

Registration Information

• Deadline: Participants must register by October 12, 2026, to guarantee a t-shirt.
• Included Items: Participants will receive a black t-shirt, a drawstring bag, and TWO individual color packets.
• Registration Fee: $15 for participants choosing "No T-Shirt."
• Late Registration: Accepted after October 12, but no guarantee for a t-shirt. Participants will still receive a drawstring bag and two color packets.

Course Terrain

• Terrain: The course includes some rough terrain, utilizing the cross country course for a more adventurous 5K experience.
• Course Marking: The course will be properly labeled this year.

Donations

• Optional: Donations are optional and not required for registration.
• Donation Purpose: All donations will go towards the Holiday Gift Funds.

Event Schedule

• Check-in for Run/Walk: 9:30 am
• Start of Run/Walk: Around 10:00 am
• Packet Pickup: May be held on Thursday, November 5th. Information will be sent out by email if this occurs.
