About the Event
- Founding: In 2011, Kathy Olenowski, a Denville business owner, lost her courageous battle with cancer.
- Legacy: Pink Witches Night Out was founded by her daughter, Meg Olenowski, to carry on Kathy's legacy of kindness.
- Historical Impact: The first event in 2012 raised $400 for a local resident diagnosed with breast cancer.
- Beneficiary: In 2025, $85,000 was donated to Francesca Esposito, our incredible beneficiary.
Current Fundraising
- This Year: We are raising funds for a mother of 3 recently diagnosed with Glioblastoma.
- Event Continuation: This will be our 2nd annual Pink Witches 5K in Downtown Denville!
- Community Support: Last year's turnout was AMAZING, and we look forward to continuing to grow support.
- Registration Perks: The first 350 people to sign up will get a race shirt, with age group medals awarded.
