Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Oktoberfest 10K/5K, Kids Superhero Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists, PC is partnering with MK Jetting and Televising to put on the 2025 ORS Oktoberfest 10k / 5K, Kids Superhero Run. With all of the positive feedback not only on the location but the courses we are staying at Consumer's Plaza in 2025.

🌳 Course Details

• Location: The courses will take participants along the City of Jackson, Parks and Recreation Trail System and will finish at Consumer’s Energy 1 Energy Plaza.
• Kids Superhero Run: This fan favorite encourages children 10 and under to participate in costume alongside adult superheroes (Superhero’s Unite) for a fun run.
• Villain Presence: Will a villain be found during the run?

🍔 Post-Race Refueling

All Oktoberfest participants will receive post-race re-fueling ON-SITE by TBD!!

💵 Pricing Information

• Special Pricing: Special New Years Day pricing $20 valid 1/1 to 1/15.
• Standard Pricing: Then $35 until 9/21, then $40.
• Friends/Family Discount: $5/person when registering 3 or more people at the same time starts 1/16.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: Given to the top male and female finishers of Open (all ages), Master (40+), Senior Master (60+) in the 5k Run, and 5k Walk.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 places in each age group.
• 5k Run Age Groups: 0-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+.
• 5k Walk Age Groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

📅 Packet Pick-Up

• Early Packet Pick-Up: Friday, October 3rd 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Grand River Brewery in the Barrel Room.
• Event Offerings: Enjoy an awesome ORS Oktoberfest Menu, live music, and pre-race fueling specials!
• Race Day Packet Pick-Up: From 7:30 am - 8:45 am at Consumer's Energy Headquarters, 1 Energy Plaza.

Please note there are no dogs permitted at this event. Service dogs excluded. Please see the full policy under Race Info. This is for the safety of both our participants and your dogs. Thank you.

⏱️ Timing

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
