🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Parkinson's Awareness Run/Walk Sponsored by Fusion and Rock Steady Boxing! This is a wonderful event where Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and surrounding communities can come out and support the Parkinson's community by running or walking the distance of their choice.

📏 Race Details

• Date: 2026-04-12
• Location: 5700 Smith Station Road, Fredericksburg, VA
• 5K Course: A mix of a trail and pavement run. This event is timed. Ages 12 and up.
• 1-Mile Course: All paved and wheelchair accessible. The 1-mile course is not officially timed.

💵 Proceeds

All proceeds will be going to our YMCA Parkinson's/Therapeutic Wellness Department and to our local Parkinson's Association.
