🏞️ The Race Course
- Location: The race takes place at Mead's Quarry and Ijams Nature Center which is the gateway to the Dirty South aka the Urban Wilderness!
- Format: Experience the SwimRun Experience as an Individual short course or long course or as a team staying within 10 ft of each other throughout the entire race!
- Views: Either way, you are sure to enjoy the views, the front seat to all that nature offers, and a few surprises along the way!
