• Experience: SwimRun is about the experience, stepping out of your comfort zone, pushing yourself to the limit, and taking on whatever the course throws at you.
• Adventure: You are about to embark on an epic adventure through nature either individually or with your teammate.
• Stories: Either way, you are guaranteed to have stories to tell when it’s all over!

🏞️ The Race Course

• Location: The race takes place at Mead's Quarry and Ijams Nature Center which is the gateway to the Dirty South aka the Urban Wilderness!
• Format: Experience the SwimRun Experience as an Individual short course or long course or as a team staying within 10 ft of each other throughout the entire race!
• Views: Either way, you are sure to enjoy the views, the front seat to all that nature offers, and a few surprises along the way!
