The Prostate Cancer Awareness 5K Walk/Run/Bike is scheduled for August 16, 2025 at 809 E. 42nd Place, Chicago, IL. This annual event aims to promote awareness and support for prostate cancer.

🎽 Registration Information

• Deadline: The deadline to receive a T-Shirt for this 5K is 11:59pm CST on August 8, 2025.
• Participation: Open to anyone 12 years and older.
• Waiver: A waiver must be signed for participation.
• Proceeds: All proceeds raised are donated towards prostate cancer awareness and research and assist with free screenings.
