Rexy Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: The 11th Annual Rexy Run/Walk is back on August 15th, 2026!
• Distance: We will be offering our 5K and NEW 10K course.
• Location: The Rexy Run/Walk begins and ends at Broken Arrow Park, a picturesque city park, in southeast Lawrence.
• Route: The course will wind through the Baker Wetlands on a combination of paved concrete trails and fine gravel trails.

🐶 Accessibility

• Dog Friendly: The Rexy Run is stroller and dog friendly.
• Inclusive Event: Open to participants of all ages and abilities.

❤️ Charity Involvement

• Host: The Rexy Run is hosted by BabyJay's Legacy of Hope, a 501C based out of Lawrence.
• Mission: Helps families with children who are fighting cancer.
• Support: We help offset the extra expenses families have that are not covered by health insurance.
