This Year’s Project

• Critical Need: A Rwimi secondary school relies on a dangerous stream for water
• Impact: Several students have lost their lives while fetching dirty water
• Goal: Drill a new well and build a water delivery system
• Change Lives: Help provide safe water access to the community

Events Overview

• 5K Course: A computer timed event for both runners and walkers

Registration Details

• Early Rates: Apr 15 - Oct 3: $30 (ages 19 & over), $20 (ages 18 & under)
• Late Rates: Starting Oct 4: $35 (ages 19 & over), $22 (ages 18 & under)
• T-Shirt Size Deadline: Sept 22, only if available

Race Day Schedule

• 7:30-8:45 AM: Pre-registration pickup and late registration
• 8:45 AM: Free kids fun run
• 9:00 AM: Start of 5K timed run/walk and untimed one mile walk
• Post-Race: Snacks, water, raffle, and awards

• Awards: 1st place male and female
• Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, 3rd in categories of 9 & under, 10-15, 16-19, then 10 year brackets through 80+
