Springdale 5K

🏃‍♂️ Springdale 5K Run and Walk

Join us for the Springdale 5K Run and Walk on Saturday, September 6th, 2025! This race starts at 8am on the grounds of the Historic Springdale Race Course and the National Steeplechase Museum! Finish strong at the gates of the Carolina and Colonial Cup! Runners and Walkers are welcome!

🌍 Community Impact

• Beneficiary: Race proceeds benefit the Mobile Nutrition Center, a mobile food pantry that delivers healthy foods to sites located in rural Kershaw County, SC.
• Service: The MNC directly serves clients by removing barriers that prevent access to food like transportation and income.
• Products: MNC delivers farm fresh, store-bought and even rescued food and grocery products like vegetables, meats, whole pastas and rice, and baked goods to food insecure people.
• Partnership: Health and Homeless initiatives in Kershaw County are operated by the United Way of Kershaw County!

📅 Event Details

• Start Time: This certified and officially timed race starts at 8am.
• Support: The course will have one water stop and lots of friendly volunteers to guide and cheer you on to the finish line!
• Registration Perks: Your registration includes a quality Springdale 5K Shirt and FREE Waffles with all the fixings at the finish line for our registered runners!
• Family Friendly: Dogs on leashes and children in strollers are welcome. This is a great community event we hope you will enjoy with your family and friends.

👕 T-Shirt Deadline

SHIRT DEADLINE! You must be registered by August 6, 2025 to be guaranteed a shirt! We will order extra shirts! But there are NO GUARANTEES of a race shirt after the deadline. We are unable to ship or hold shirts for those who do not pick their shirt up before or on race day.

🌦 Weather Policy

This is a Rain or Shine, non-refundable event! No deferrals.
