Stop Drop and Roll 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

This event will be the 9th annual Stop, Drop, and Roll 5K. Always a huge success, 2025 will hopefully be even bigger and better. This year, donations will go towards the Guilford Composite Squadron of Civil Air Patrol.

👕 Participant Perks

• Shirt: All 5K participants will receive a short-sleeved t-shirt.
• Finisher Surprise: Participants will also receive a finisher surprise!

🎉 Event Schedule

The day will start with a fun run for the smaller runners followed by a 5K run/walk which is the main event of the day. Following the 5K, there will be fresh warm chili served at the fire station free of charge.
