The TCMDAC Runs Southern MD 5K is a fun-filled, family-friendly out-n-back race through the scenic Indian Head Rail Trail in White Plains, MD.

- Local Recipient: Proceeds from the race will go to Unstoppable You Ministries.
- National Recipient: Donations will also support the National Cares Mentoring Movement.
- Scholarships: Funds will contribute to chapter scholarships.
- Programs: Proceeds will support programs and operations for the Tri-County (MD) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
