Have you always dreamed of Kona? Well, how about a mini version to start you off?

🚴‍♂️ Swim and Bike Courses

Storm the beach into your 800 Meter swim along the Tellico dam for an out over and back swim course. Two loops will get you OLYMPIC!

Come out onto the beach and make your way to our transition area to hit out on the 16-mile rolling hill bike course. The Olympic course will take you a little further for an even more scenic (if that's possible) 25 miles. The sights are beautiful!

🏃‍♂️ Run and Finish

Following the bike, you will head out on a run that takes you out and back along the dam to a finish to remember... You know at PBR it's all about you.

👟 Additional 5k/10k Event

There will also be a 5k/10k run only course! So bring your friends and put them to work running! Both of these courses are certified:

🎽 Swag and Packet Pickup

This year we are going to let you get a schwagalicious running singlet to commemorate the occasion!

Packet Pickup will be Friday, on site, June 14th from 5:30pm-7pm and again on Saturday morning starting at 5:30am till 7:20am. Chips will be distributed Race morning only.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• 5:30 am: Transition opens
• 7:20 am: Gather on the beach for swim start and pre-race announcements.
• 7:30 am: Sprint Swimmers start! Storm the beaches!
• 7:45 am: Olympic Swimmers start
• 8:00 am: 5k/10k starts
• 11:00 am: The Kids Splash N Dash will begin on the beach. Stick around and watch the best racing ever!

⚠️ Policies

Personal Best Racing has a NO REFUND policy. No Exceptions. There is insurance available during your registration to purchase for these purposes.

📜 Event Cancellation / Modification Policy

• 1: Personal Best Racing in concert with local officials will make decisions based on safety first.
• 2: Courses and/or race segments will be altered as agreed to between Personal Best Racing and local officials.
• 3: Financial: It is not financially feasible for Personal Best Racing to accept the risk of a disaster for everyone.
• 4: Personal Best Management does not save any money if one of our events has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control.
