WashU PT Run for Research 5K Run/Walk

Event Overview

The Run for Research is a fundraiser for the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research, which is the only non-profit organization solely dedicated to funding and developing physical therapy research, organized by students in the WashU School of Medicine Physical Therapy program.

Expected Participants:

• Community Members: STL community members
• Students and Faculty: WUSM students and faculty
• WashU PT Department: Professors, staff, students, patients
• Physical Therapists: PTs in the community and their patients

Packet Pick Up

• Date: Friday, April 17th
• Time: 1pm to 6pm
• Location: Big River Running Company – University City Store: 606 North and South Rd, University City, MO 63130
• Date: Sunday, April 19th, 7:45am to 9am
• Location: Sons of Rest Pavilion – Tower Grove Park

Awards

We will have awards for the following categories:

• Top Finishers: Top 3 overall male and female finishers
• Non-Binary Finisher: Top non-binary finisher
• Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, and 40+
