- Event: 10th Annual 5K Run/Walk to benefit the Foundation's violence prevention, safety awareness & gender equality programs.
- Kids' Run: 100-Yard Dash, ages 3-10: 9:00 AM
- 5K Run/Walk: 9:30 AM
- Virtual Run/Walk: 9:30 AM
🌄 Course Details
- Family Friendly: The 5K Run/Walk is a fun event for the whole family!
- Course Terrain: Mostly flat with one small hill. See the course map for details.
- Out of Town Participants: Virtual runners can tune in to beginning of the race via Instagram Live.
- Photo Sharing: Run on your own and post your photos!

- Funding: Funds raised from the 5K allow the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation to provide valuable safety programs to the community.
- Foundation Vision: Envisions a world where women live free from harassment.
- Advocacy: Advocates for safety awareness, violence prevention, and gender equality.
- Community Impact: Provides self-protection training, partners with organizations for programming and mentorship opportunities.

⏱️ FAQs/RACE DAY INFO
- Bib and Shirt Pickup: Opens at 8 AM on Saturday, June 20th at Wachusett Mountain.
- Location: For GPS use 499 Mountain Rd., Princeton, MA. Check-in under the large white tent.
- Results: Provide a cell phone number at registration for finish time. You can also search your name post-race.
- Virtual Experience: Virtual registration allows you to support the cause remotely. Join us on Instagram LIVE for event highlights.
🐕 Event Policies
- Dogs: Dogs are not allowed unless they are service dogs.
- Strollers: Yes! Walkers/runners are welcome to do the 5K with a stroller.
