🎄 Race Overview

• Date: Saturday, July 19th
• Event: Christmas in July 5k/10k and 5k Fun Run/Walk
• Host: Tri Valley Cross Country Team
• Proceeds: All proceeds raised at this event will support the Tri Valley Cross Country Team

🏞️ Race Course

• Location: Dillon State Park along a festively decorated course.
• Start Point: Participants will start at the Dillon State Park Camp Store.
• 10k Route: Continues past the ranger station for a scenic out and back through the forest and along the lake.
• Finish Line: Both routes will end by the playground after a scenic loop around Dillon State Park.

• Date & Time: Saturday, July 19th, 7:00 pm
• Address: 4405 Dillon Hills Drive, Nashport, Ohio

🚗 Parking

• Parking Locations: At the Dillon State Park Camp Store or Dillon State Park Beach parking lot.
• Shuttle Service: Shuttles will be available to transport participants between the start and finish areas.

🎽 Race Packets & Finish Line Perks

• Packet Includes: A custom Finisher Medal and finish line food and beverage.

🏆 Awards

• Finishers: Custom Finishers’ Medals will be awarded to all finishers.
• 10k Awards: Eligible for Overall and Age group awards.
• 5k Awards: Timed Competitive Event, eligible for Overall and Age group awards.
• Non-Timed Fun Run: Not eligible for awards: must register for the 5k Race to be eligible.

📝 Race Registration & Packet Pick-Up

• Registration Location: Dillon State Park Camp Store.
• Time: Starting at 5:00 pm on race day.

💵 Entry Fees

• Fees: 10k Race / 5k Race / 5k Fun Run/Walk (Non-Timed) - $25 through July 11th.
• Late Entry: $30 from July 11th to race day.

🔄 Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Registrations will be converted to a non-refundable virtual event if in-person race cannot be held.
• Updates: Will be posted on the race website.
