• Unique Experience: Get out of the cold and head indoors: no ice underfoot, no frigid gusts in your face, and no snow overhead!
• Fun Atmosphere: Music, camaraderie, and running! Walkers welcome.
• Fundraiser: Indoor Insanity 5K is a fundraiser to prevent lung cancer.
• Community Impact: Your race fees help pay for installation of radon mitigation systems in low-income Maine households.

Race Heats

• Heat #1: Fastest runners (15-20 minutes 5K). Field limited to 30 runners: first come, first served.
• Heat #2: Intermediate runners (20-27 minute 5K). Field limited to 75 runners: first come, first served.
• Heat #3: Runners of any level willing to take on the chaos of Indoor Insanity.
• Walkers: Two dedicated lanes for walkers, starting with Heat #1 runners.
• Kids Fun Run: Available for young participants!

Timing and Registration Details

• Chip Timing: The race is professionally chip-timed for accurate individual lap and finish times.
• Race Fees: Fees are for race only: deadline for race shirt purchases is December 22, 2025.
• Shirts: Limited quantities available on race day, first-come, first-served.
• Fundraising: Please consider fundraising to help us mitigate more homes.
