Out with the Old - In with the New...some new, some old, but you're sure to have fun!

Location

• Venue: Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA) Building
• Address: 500 E 2nd St, Rochester, MI
• Parking: Available in the RARA lot and the adjacent Clinton River Trail lot
• Note: Dogs are not allowed inside the building

Course Details

• Type: Fun run/walk 5K course
• Terrain: Mixture of rail trail and dirt trails through Bloomer Park
• Difficulty: Mostly flat.
• Participant Cap: 270 each day

Event Dates

• Thursday, Dec. 31, 2026: OUT WITH THE OLD - DAY 1, unique finisher medal
• Friday, Jan. 1, 2027: IN WITH THE NEW - DAY 2, unique finisher medal
• Both Days: Unique finisher medals will fit together
• Check-in: Begins at 7:45 am inside the RARA building each day

Race Timing

• Race Start: 9:30 am on the Clinton River Trail behind the building each day

Out With The Old

• Shirt Trade: Participants encouraged to bring an old race shirt (clean) for trading
• Finisher Snacks: Light snacks and water provided

In With The New

• Post-Race Treat: Waffles and mimosas will greet you after the finish
