• All Ages: This 5K Fun Run and Walk is appropriate for the whole family (children in strollers included!).
• Charity Support: Event proceeds will go to help Virginians with intellectual disabilities through the Knights of Columbus KOVAR Charity (https://kovarva.org).
• Tuition Assistance: A portion of the proceeds will also support the St. Bernadette’s Tuition Assistance Program (https://www.stbernschool.org).
• Barbecue Lunch: Participants and their families can enjoy a free barbecue lunch following the race.
