Kyle's Klassic 5K Walk and Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Welcome to Kyle's Klassic, a memorial event set up to honor Kyle Cratty. A Jefferson Morgan High School junior who had down syndrome and loved his school and community. Help us celebrate his life and raise money for our local Special Olympics chapter. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Washington and Greene County Special Olympics in memory of Kyle. Join us Saturday June 28, 2025 on Montour Trail.

👟 Participation Information

• Open to All: This event is open to anyone of any ability as we partner with Special Olympics.
• Multiple Activities: You can run, walk, or do both during this event.
• Free for Athletes: All Special Olympic athletes can participate for FREE.
• Location: The race will start at Hendersonville Park on Montour Trail.

🛤️ Race Details

The event features a flat out-and-back 5k going towards the national tunnel. There will be 4 race categories, including:

• 5K Walk and Run: Participate in either or both categories.
• 1 Mile Walk: A shorter option for those who prefer distance.
• 1 Mile Athlete Walk or Run: Specifically for athletes.
• Virtual Option: Participate from anywhere at your own pace.

🎽 Registration Information

Registration will include an event t-shirt and finisher's medal. Please note the following:

• T-shirt Deadline: The deadline to register for a t-shirt is May 31st, 2025.
• Post-Deadline Registration: Registration after that date is not guaranteed a t-shirt but will receive a finisher's medal.
