St. Charles Borromeo Track

Race Overview

St. Charles Borromeo Track is open to all St. Charles Borromeo school students as well as St. Charles and Sacred Heart Riverton Religious Education (CCD) students from grades K - 8th. We have our Cruisers program for grades 3 - 8 and our Junior Cruisers program for grades K - 2.

Registration Deadline

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sunday, March 8th

Practices and Meets

• Cruisers Program: For grades 3 - 8, practices will be held 1-2 evenings during the week (approximately 5:45pm - 6:45pm) and some Sundays (approximately 12pm - 1pm) starting in mid-March through May 14th at Cinnaminson High School.
• Meets: Scheduled on Saturday mornings (approximately 9am - 12pm) from March 28th to May 9th, including 6 regular meets, a championship meet on May 17th, and Meet of Champions on May 19th for qualifiers.
• Events: Include various distances (50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m), relays, long jump, and shot put (based on age).
• Field Events: Interested participants for field events only (long jump and/or shot put) can join the Cruisers team. You do not need to participate in track events to be a member.

• Junior Cruisers Program: For grades K - 2, practices will be every Sunday (approximately 12pm - 1pm) from mid-March through May 17th at the Cinnaminson High School track.
• Variability: Note that times may vary slightly week to week based on coaches' availability.
• Meets: Scheduled on Friday evenings (approximately 6:00pm - 7:15pm) from April through May, consisting of 5 to 6 total meets at local tracks.
• Junior Events: Include the 50m, 100m, long jump, and 4x100m relay.

Requirements, Fees, and Registration Information

• Registration: Each Cruiser and Junior Cruiser needs to complete their registration on the website. The track registration fee is $55 per student.
• Shirt Cost: For new members or those needing a new shirt, an additional $15 fee applies and is paid separately after registration prior to the first meet.
• Gear Requirements: Each participant needs decent running shoes, black shorts, and the team shirt.
• Medical Form: A medical form must be completed by the child’s doctor prior to the first practice. This form is required once per school year for all sports programs.

Note: You cannot participate in practices or meets until your medical form has been submitted. Thanks for your cooperation.
