Weymouth Woods 25K/50K Trail Run

🏞️ Event Overview

The Weymouth Woods 25k/50k will be held on April 19, 2025 at Weymouth Woods -Sandhills Nature Preserve. The race will be held on a course consisting of trails filled with roots and sand covered by a canopy of long leaf pine trees.

🍏 Aid Stations

• Stocked Aid Station: A well stocked aid station will be at the start/finish.
• Cupless Event: This is a cupless event. Runners must provide their own bottles, flasks, reusable cups, etc.
• Personal Space: Runners will have plenty of room to set up small personal aid stations/chairs/drop bags if needed.

👕 Participant Benefits

• T-shirts for All: All runners will receive a t-shirt and all finishers will receive a finisher's medal.
• No Mail Policy: T-shirts will not be mailed if a runner does not attend the event.
• Refunds: There will be no refunds and deferments will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Registration Deadline: Register by 4/1 to be guaranteed your requested t-shirt size.

⏱️ Timing Services

Clockwork Race Timing will provide electronic timing.

🌲 Charity Contribution

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Friends of Weymouth Woods.

📅 Shirt Size Guarantee

Runners must register by March 8th to be guaranteed their shirt size. We will do our best to get runners who register after that date the shirt size of their choosing but we will not be able to guarantee it.

😷 COVID Guidelines

In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order #210, dated April 29, 2021, outdoor gatherings are restricted to 200 people. Should the field increase to exceed that number, additional guidelines will be listed here, and an e-mail will be sent out to all registered participants. Additionally, the same Order also specified that face masks are not required for outdoor activities. We will update any further changes to those guidelines as they occur.
