Lamplighter Festival 5K Run/Walk

🏃‍♀️ Join Us for the Race!

Join us in Maple Rapids on Saturday, September 20th for the Lamplighter Festival 5k run/walk. The 5K will kick off the festival activities. Immediately following the race, there will be a lamplighter ceremony and parade. There will be craft shows and live entertainment in the park and fun activities for the kiddos! This is a family friendly event, all ages and abilities are welcome.

💵 5k Pricing

• Early Registration: $30 until August 31st, (shirts guaranteed)
• Late Registration: $35 after August 31st (shirts limited, available as supplies last)
• Day of Race: Registration is $40

👶 Kids Dash

Kids Dash for ages 10 and under will be held shortly before the 5k and is a fun run for the kids - FREE. Kids will receive a finishers ribbon.

• Meeting Point: Park Pavilion on corner of Main St and Poplar St in Maple Rapids, MI 48853

🕣 Race Start Time

• 5k Race Start: 8:30 am
• Kids Fun Run Dash: Shortly before the 5k start - Approx 8:00 am to 8:15 am start

🎫 Packet Pickup

• Time: 7:15 to 8:15 AM on race day morning

🏆 5k Awards

5k Awards: Overall award for top Female and Male finisher. Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in each age group: 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

⏱️ Timing

The race will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be available live during the race and afterwards on this website.
